TEAM - TRANSFORMATION

Bobby Ellanjickal: Contributes as a Managing Director on the Board of Lamda. He has honed his Management skills with direction from XLRI

• Jamshedpur. He has experience in all areas that are relevant

with the final product of a successful event. He has been in the business for over a decade. Events, Media and Advertising are his forte, having efgectively started initiatives with his entrepreneurial spirit . Apart from this, his interests lie in strategic planning and experiential marketing. His passion is for business planning and successful execution. His skills are a must-have for all who depend on it.

FACES BEHIND THE SCENE

Shana Selvam: She is Director and Creative genius behind Lamda. She too, has over a decade in the Event Space. Being artistic and creative has been her passion all along. Armed with a Degree in Fine arts from Stella Maris, Chennai - what better person could head the birds eye view and detailing with matters relating to design, material, colors and creations. She creates event spaces that will ‘take your breath away’. Her passion apart from work pursues the similar bent of mind, artistically using colors on canvas to make emotions alive. She has executed National and International events in the span of her career.

Haseena Kutty: She is the Vice President of the company - another support

• n the Company’s creative edge. She comes armed with a

Fashion and Management background. She too, comes with an exposure of over a decade in the Event Industry, having in depth exposure to Market Research, Product Launches, International Conferences and properties that she has operated in India and abroad. She has been associated with events on well know Fortune 500 companies. She is part of the team that re-creates event spaces, extravagance and ambience. Her travels in the event industry have taken her across cities in India and abroad with great connect with the versatile Industry of Event Management.

Brian Soans: He is the Vice President of the company, having exposure in various Industries. His exposure has been with the likes of the Taj Group of Hotels and HSBC. His main forte is Corporate and Brand Communications and all the written work associated with a Brand

He builds in relevance with the Corporate world and their needs, having worked with the Hotel, Retail, IT, ITES and Life Skills Industry at a Management capacity. His work travel has taken him across the Globe. His interactions with International businesses builds industry relevance to the fast pace business and technological

• advancement. He is an expert in Strategic and Marketing Planning.
