In addition to the products available in the catalogue, Argalit has a made to order line. This way, any items described in the table below can be purchased upon request - as long as they comply with the minimum batch quantity required. The deadline is calculated in business days and starts on the date the order and/or color pattern is approved. *For price list and/or other products or finishing, check with your dealer.

DAMAGE

In case any damages to the packaging of the merchandise are spotted upon arrival, you should do as follows:

• Damage to up to 03 (three) product units: it must be registered on the invoice slip, upon delivery, and

the merchandise returned to the truck.

• Problem with quantity exceeding 03 (three) product units: upon delivery the invoice must be registered,

and then a returned goods invoice generated, containing the defective quantity, as well as a description, the price of the product and taxes as in the original invoice (highlight ICMS and ST). In addition, you must include the number of the original invoice in the comment field (Argalit Invoice). The defective merchandise must be returned to the truck together with the returned goods invoice. It is of the utmost importance to the check the material upon delivery, with the courier, to detect possible damages caused during transportation. These measures are important so that we can identify and eliminate possible factors of product damage. Attention: If you do not want to issue a returned goods invoice, you must return all goods delivered (with and without damage), explaining the reason on the back of the invoice. If the delivered products differ from those that are described on the invoice, there are three alternatives:

• Receive the goods and contact Argalit’s Customer Service by phone 0800 703 1031 or e-mail

sac@argalit.com.br. The person in charge will get back to you to record the problem and proceed with the resolution. Traded products will only be collected with a returned goods invoice.

• Register the invoice upon delivery, and then issue a returned goods invoice. Only deliver the traded

product to the truck.

• Return all goods delivered.

DIFFERENCES

THE PROCESS If after a product has been received and/or sold, its performance is different from standard, you must contact Argalit’s technical assistance sector having with the following information handy:

• Batch Number and Expiration Date

After contact, the complaint will be registered and the technical assistance process will begin. RESPONSE AND COMPENSATION DEADLINES

• Analysis and response time (time required to determine whether the complaint is approved or not):

After the registration in the system, the deadlines described below are required to analyze the sample retained for the batch reclaimed. Where necessary, the Quality Technician will reach you to schedule a visit.

• Analysis deadlines:
• Espírito Santo (Grande Vitória): up to 3 business days, from the first contact.
• Espírito Santo (Country side): up to 5 business days, from the first contact.
• Rio de Janeiro/Minas Gerais/Bahia: up to 7 business days, from the first contact.

If the complaint is evaluated as unfounded, the customer may choose that the same products be reimbursed (or another one of your choice for the same price) or invoice discount. If you choose to be reimbursed in products, those will be sent to you in the next shipment to the area.
