The reactor is designed for processing volume: 200 m3 of wastes per day, we get the following indicators from the calculation of the mass 1 m3/kg = 600 120 tons/day. At 20% moisture waste we get the following result: Liquid pyrolysis-up to 55%, Carbon fuel residue (carbon): 10-15%, synthesis gas: 16.2-30%, Technical water-up to 5%.
Consumption of pyrolysis reactor on synthesis-gas = 600 m3/hour.
The flue gases are cleaned up and come to the Co2 liquefaction, that allows you to get an extra commercial product-liquid carbonic acid.
The volume and cost of liquid carbon dioxide per hour/day/30 days:
CO2 - 600 kg/14400 kg/345 600 kg x 0.18$ = 108$ / 2592$ / 62208 $. 2 x 720 kW power plant consumption for synthesis gas = 400 m3/h.
Pyrolysis products for 1 day/30 days:
Pyrolysis liquid (density 1 liter = 0.89 kg) = 58.74/762.2 1 ton. Carbon-12/360 tons, which is implemented by price: $14/1 ton = $168/$ 5 040 Syngas-38880 M3 = 19.44 tons. Elaboration of synthesis-gas per hour-1620 M3. Water is 6/180 tons, used in the production process.
