Process

REPRESENTATIVE IMAGE TO HIGHLIGHT THE PROCESS FOLLOWED

DESIGN PROCESS

To get a better understanding of the problem of our target and its possible solutions, we did an exercise where one of us would act like the targeted person and the rest would ask him/her questions about his/her situation (related with the covid/business). We ended up with two different user-personas among the same niche. This allowed us to deeply understand them and to be creative about open solutions. We had a rough idea in the beginning of what the solution could be. At the end of the exercise, we realized that they needed two things: a) business relevant-guidance/support b) clients/inflow of cash to business c) potential business collaborations that brings visibility.
