Shreya is a 5yr old and lives with her parents. Prior to the lockdown she would spend 3-4hrs at her pre school and another 2hrs at the day care center with

Now with the lockdown she has to be at home 24/7 and it is not allowed to see her friends. Although in a month or two she will get to see them again, once the lockdown rules get relaxed for the playgrounds. How could Shreya and her care takers be helped to manage her time and moods during these times? How could she be educated about social distancing and following hygiene routines?

Due to lockdown, Swathi and Praveen are working from home, as the schools are closed kids are having. E-Learning at home and adding to that, there is no availability of helper. Swathi and Praveen are having hard time managing work, handling kids and household chores simultaneously. How could Swathi and Praveen both working professionals take care of kids, household chores, family members and their mental well being while working from home for long hours?

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION How can we spread greater Awareness to reduce mental health disturbance among all age groups, considering the changes in lifestyle that COVID-19 has brought about? WHY IS IT AN URGENT PROBLEM? Mental health disturbance can lead to distress in family, causing family and social life imbalance. This is an urgent and important problem to be solved as it has adverse effects on mental or physical well being of an individual in long term.

The application is mainly focused on users demographics like age, country and profession. Based on the mentioned demographics, we will assess their mental status using the questionnaire which is general to specific to the problem of their particular age group. Based on the assessment we provide certain activities and tips to maintain healthy lifestyle during the lockdown. The application we provide is an executable integrated platform where users will have multiple options for the better lifestyle irrespective of age.
