Digital employment contracts

• Coop Danmark is the first company in Scandinavia to digitialize handling
• f employment contracts and other HR documents through e-Boks.
• More than 45,000 documents are signed every year in connection with

employment, additions, modifications, or termination. From now on, all documents are signed and filed in e-Boks.

• Coop experiences great savings by not having to pack, send, scan, and

Digital signature on bank documents

• Bankdata offers all of its 12 bank customers, including Jyske Bank and

Sydbank, e-Boks for digital signing of bank documents.

• The customers don’t have to be present in the bank for signatures and

agreements anymore. Everything is handled digitally in e-Boks, and it saves both the customer and the bank a lot of time.

• Bank employees can send documents for signing directly from the portal

Digital holiday cards for employees

• Danish employers' association provides member organizations to send

digital holiday cards to the employees in their e-Boks.

• The employer fills out the holiday card easily on e-Boks.dk, and returns it

digitally to Employers Central Holiday Register. The holiday allowance is paid automatically, and the residual holiday card is returned to the employee’s e-Boks.

• Everything is done in one, digital process, with e-Boks as a secure

Electronic certificate of good conduct is easier for both employers and employees. Now, you don’t have to wait for the police to make the certificate or for the employee to pick it up at the police station

Digital certificates of good conduct for all citizens

• The private certificate of good conduct is your criminal record with

information about any violations of criminal law.

• Everyone in Denmark can now order their own private certificate of good

conduct directly to their e-Boks in five different languages.

• Public and private companies can also order certificates of good conduct
