  4. A Recent History of Assessments in Brandermill In 2016, with a 4.5% increase in assessments, the year ended with a deficit of $112,329. BCA & Ruppert Landscaping Open space maintenance in Brandermill includes 87 neighborhoods where mowing is not a consistent space but involves the loading and unloading of mowing equipment to access all of the areas in Brandermill. Maps such as on the previous screen were generated by Ruppert Landscaping under the advisement of BCA staff. These color-coded maps will be a valuable tool in evaluating our mowing operations to determine a most efficient use of resources.

  25. Staff projects for 2018 ▪ Conversion of BCA files from paper to electronics including 4,000+ individual lot files and a minimum of 7 years of BCA office administration files. In addition to Reserve Fund items for 2018, staff is adding the following potential special projects ▪ Remodel of bathrooms at all three pools ▪ Upgrade of Waterside Park ▪ Harbour Pointe driveway repairs ▪ Erosion control measures including location, responsibility and cost
