The apartment is in the old part of Ronneburg-Neuwiedermuss and is within a short driving distance of the motorway (A45 and A66). Ronneburg is a village in the district of Main- Kinzig, in Hesse, Germany. The beautiful castle
regular events at the castle such as an Easter market, Christmas market, Middle Ages festival with knights in armour. The village is located between the towns of Hanau, Buedingen and Gelnhausen in the Rhine Main
and Frankfurt about 30 minutes away by car. In Ronneburg you can find everything for your daily
pharmacy, supermarket. There are beautiful walks in and around Ronneburg. You can reach the castle within half an hour walk through a beautiful forest. The village also boasts a little cabaret ("Gackeleia") which is a short walk away at the bottom of the castle.

The (Non Smoking) Apartment
The apartment is located on the upper ground floor and is reached via a few steps. The 70 square-metre, non-smoking apartment, includes Flatscreen TV and a Blu-ray player. The kitchen is fully equipped (coffee machine, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, toaster...). The "blue" bedroom has a double bed and the "red" bedroom has twin beds. A fifth person can sleep on a folding bed (0,9x2m) in the living room. For very little guests we have a cot (travel bed). If something is missing please let us know. CAR parking We provide a parking space for your car. For more vehicles there is distance in 100 m free public parking (also for larger vehicles). Arrival and departure The apartment is available after 17:00 on the day of arrival and is to be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure (other times can be arranged). Keys The keys are available from us (fam. Schart, House No. 15a). Please ring the bell at the rear of the House, the one with the blue balcony railings.

Confirmation of reservation A deposit of 20% of the total (not less than € 50, -) becomes payable on confirmation of the reservation and must reach us within 7 days by bank transfer. The balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Information: There is no identification of the sales tax, it is a private Bill. Cancellation or early departure The contract is deemed to have been completed once the deposit has been paid. If you cancel, we reserve the right to make the charges set out bellow (if a re-rental is not possible). For cancellation up to 49 days 10% of the rental fee, not less than € 50,- For cancellation up to 35 days 30% of the rental fee, not less than € 50,- For cancellation up to 21 days 60% of the rental fee, not less than € 50,- For cancellation up to 14 days 90% of the rental price For cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival we will charge 100% of the rental price We recommend you take out travel insurance.
