1.0. PRODUCTION AND BUSINESS REAL PROPERTIES ON THE LOCATION OF PANONSKA 11 1.1. PRODUCTION AND BUSINESS BUILDINGS The production and business buildings are located along the Murska Sobota – Rakičan – Lendava main road. The location between Murska Sobota and Rakičan is distant enough from the centres of both cities; therefore it is appropriate for carrying out the slaughtering and processing activity. The access from the main road to the building complex runs on an asphalt road. The complex is connected to the public water supply network, electricity, telephone and internet network and gas network. Inside the complex are parking spaces and access asphalt roads, as well as the rest of the infrastructure for carrying out the slaughtering and processing activity. The complex is composed of the following buildings: Administrative building with slaughterhouse, Cold storage warehouse, Barn for pigs and cattle, Production buildings for processing, Energy buildings. 1.2. The land of the complex is situated along the Murska Sobota – Rakičan – Lendava main road. The location is between the cities of Murska Sobota and Rakičan. The land is equipped with municipal infrastructure; it is connected to the public water supply network, sewage system, electricity, telephone and internet network and gas network. The land consists of several plots of land, and their total surface is 93,728.25 m 2 in the cadastral municipality of Murska Sobota and the land/field of 1,052 m 2 in the cadastral municipality of Rakičan. 1.2.2. 2.2. Administrative Building with Slaughterhouse The building was built in 1975. It has the basement, ground floor and two floors. A small part of it has the basement, ground floor and the first floor. The building has the basement only in a small part. In 2000, the areas of the cutting department and the slaughterhouse were moved to the delicatessen, and areas were rearranged. In 2001, both slaughter lines were reconstructed, windows in the administrative building were changed and the external façade of the entire building and the administrative building was renovated. The basement consists of the basement rooms and energy corridors. The ground floor has the kitchen, dining room, women’s dressing rooms, cutting department, packing department, dispatch department, casing department and TRIPE processing plant with washrooms and dressing room, technological containers wash, delicatessen and grease trap. On the first floor, there is the slaughterhouse with cool rooms, men’s dressing rooms, washrooms and offices, offices of inspectors of the Veterinary Administration of the Republic of Slovenia, and on the second floor there are offices of the management of the company and laboratories. The building has strip foundations made of reinforced concrete. The skeleton of the building is made of reinforced concrete. The external and internal walls are made of bricks. The façade of the building is classic terra nova. The roof is flat and covered with corrugated sheet. Sheet metal products are made of zinced sheet. Furniture in the production plant is metallic and windows are vitrified with single glass. Furniture in the business part (offices, dressing rooms, kitchen, dining room, laboratory) is made of wood, while there is insulating glass. The floor in the production part is made of concrete, which is partly coated with epoxy coatings, and a part of the floor is covered with ceramics. The production part of the building is connected to the public water distribution system, sewerage and electrical and telephone installations. Where permitted by the technological procedure, there is central heating. Walls in the business part are plastered and painted. The floor on the ground floor is covered with ceramics, there is vinyl flooring on the floors and parquet in the offices. The business part 8

of the building is connected to the public water supply system, sewerage and electrical, telephone and internet connection. Rooms are heated with central heating, and offices in the administrative building have air-conditioning. The staircase between floors is made of reinforced concrete, and individual floors are also connected with freight elevators.
