Non-Responsive (failure to meet the minimum qualifications and to comply with all RFQ requirements.

Vendor proposal may be subject to disqualification if in violation for the possible reasons:

Scope of Service

  • The relationship bank shall secure the City from all claims

asserted against the City arising out of the agreement, to the extent that such claims are caused by the relationship bank’s intentional, grossly negligent or willful misconduct or placement

  • f funds that are not eligible for deposit insurance.
  • A list of any past or current restrictions placed on orders into the

network and how these restrictions were, or will be, resolved.

  • No proceeds of the transactions will be used to violate Anti-

Corruption Laws or applicable Sanctions.
