  9. Coastal Access and footpaths Purpose Establishment of a Coastal Path around the whole of England Criteria To enable coastal Access Authority Natural England (Defra) Who Can Claim Land Owners

  10. Water Framework Directive • Objective for Langstone Harbour  Moderate by 2021  Good by 2027 • WFD assumes most funding comes from existing sources • Landfill site present a risk of diffuse pollution which may justify funding
