Analysis of formal procedures, law. Two moduls: trolling and shore fishing. Target species: salmon, sea trout, cod, eel.

  6. Self-sampling Concers only trolling fishing - started in November 2017, - volountary participation, - inviting trolling boat skippers, - targeting salmon and sea trout.

Preliminary findings Trolling Two salmon fishing areas, • Four main harbors (Hel, Gdynia, Gdańsk Górki Zachodnie, Kołobrzeg), • Low level of trust, • Very closed community, • Interviews - response rate harbor-dependent. • Surfcasting Distributed along Polish coast (not aggregated ), • High level of trust, • High response rate. •

  21. Challenges, ideas, thoughts…. • First task , start with information campaign, • On-site surveys – time - and cost-consuming vs. obtained results, • Web-based survey – low response rate.
