APA Production Plan

• Definition of institutional responsibilities for APA production components
• to be concluded by March
• UK starts APA production July 2020, site preparation underway
• In US
• Start preparing sites for APA wiring centers in 2019
• Tailor cost estimate in P6 to the individual APA wiring centers before

CD2/3 review (definition of personnel and associated costs)

• Winders production in 2020 (2 @ Yale, 2 @ Chicago with help from PSL)
• Start APA production Jan 2021
• Hold individual reviews of APA wiring centers ~June 2019 to assess

space layout, crane equipment, safety procedures, staffing plan (Preliminary Reviews)

• Hold individual Production Readiness Reviews
