More about Peerwith Peerwith is a community for researchers, providing you with an opportunity to build lasting relationships and improve the quality of your academic work. Essentially, it is a peer-to-peer marketplace, allowing for collaboration between researchers and experts.
Academic Partner Erasmus University Library partnered with Peerwith. Together, we strive to create a platform for knowledge exchange, made especially for the PhD candidates of Erasmus University and Erasmus Medical Center.
A P L A T F O R M M A D E F O R Y O U We want to tailor the platform to the needs of EUR as much as we can. At the end, they will be the ones to experience it. This new service is in the form of a marketplace, in which the researcher can turn to experts from EUR, EMC, or Peerwith's existing ones.
A P L A T F O R M M A D E F O R C O L L A B O R A T I O N Peerwith should be a place, fueled by collaboration between researchers. This is why: - For Erasmus university, there is a private marketplace, in which the peer can explicitly request a an expert from EUR or EMC. - If the expert is from EUR or EMC, te price quote can be set at 0, meaning that you should not necessarily always pay for services. - in the cases that you do, Peerwith introduced a Peer Science coin, acting as a service exchange rate.
P O S T A R E Q U E S T The PhD candidate can post a request on Peerwith, describing how How exactly the expert can help out. It C H O O S E Y O U R E X P E R T Works The researcher can communicate with experts before posting their service request. By exchanging ideas, sharing sample documents and reading expert profiles, the student can be sure they are making the right connection. C O L L A B O R A T E The PhD student can also use the platform to find other students, with which they can cooperate, meet, and thus create long-lasting partnerships.
