Behavior & Social Emotional Learning (SEL)

• Commitment 2 Character Prek-12 monthly campaign and partnership with Field Library
• Therapeutic Crisis Intervention Support (TCIS) Fall and WInter cohort trainings (30 staff)
• Zones of Regulation expanded into the preschool ( All teachers trained)
• Yoga & Wellness district wide program

Class Performance RTI Direct

• Coordinated the implementation of RTI Direct system and crafted the Student Success Plan
• Held 6 staff trainings district wide and 314 plans entered into RTI Direct System to date

Diversity Guardians of Equity & Building Ecology

• Guardians of Equity meetings and book read: Hacking School Discipline
• Guardians of Equity Campaign displayed in all buildings and arrange ecology upgrades

Girls Inc.

• Facilitated partnership with Girls Inc and organized 3 Recruitment events
• Bi weekly after school meetings, events and trips

Housing & McKinney Vento Services

• Coordinated district wide efforts with school social workers to ensure accurate data
• Allocated designated funds for students in need of support and resources
