Attendance Matters

  • Lawn sign, building displays and virtual poster campaign district wide
  • Quarterly letter sent with report cards
  • Monthly calls from community partners

Behavior & Social Emotional Learning (SEL)

  • Commitment 2 Character Prek-12 monthly campaign and partnership with Field Library
  • Therapeutic Crisis Intervention Support (TCIS) Fall and WInter cohort trainings (30 staff)
  • Zones of Regulation expanded into the preschool ( All teachers trained)
  • Yoga & Wellness district wide program
  • Power of Peace Program Fall cohort (20 students)

Class Performance RTI Direct

  • Coordinated the implementation of RTI Direct system and crafted the Student Success Plan

Total of 58 parent engagement district wide Pre K to 12 events (i.e. back to school night, literacy nights) Saturday Academy - 5 events with a total of 1,036 families (2,940 participants) Saturday Academy - 1 virtual event (384 participants)

Outreach & Resources

Total of 333 initial consultations with ongoing follow up contacts (September - February) Total of 101 consultations since March 13, 2020 COVID 19 Total of 125+ families and children received items from the clothing closet Total of 500 book baggies were donated by United Way of Westchester Total of 5 deliveries of diapers for newborns and infants from 914 Cares

Food Distributions

Total of 4,225 Bags (approx 350-500 kits per week) of additional distributions since March 13 Total of 9 Mobile Food Truck deliveries at Hillcrest Total of 882 families participated in the Four (4) Saturday Academy Fresh Market events
