PaxOcean Engineering Zhuhai was formed by Kuok (Singapore) Limited and Guangdong Yuexin Ocean Engineering PaxOcean Zhoushan yard started operation and welcomed first Jack Up COSL 942 for drydocking Acquisition of 67% of DDW SEA by Kuok Group, and renamed DDW-PaxOcean Asia Rebranding of the 6 shipyards as the PaxOcean Group PaxOcean completed conversion of and delivered Semi- Submersible and Accommodation Vessel (POSH Xanadu) PaxOcean Graha successfully completed 15th Jack-Up Rig
