CHALLENGES FOR IT/ E-GOVERNANACE

Resistance to change: People have no desire to change ‘CHALTA HAI SYNDROME’. The attitudes of the learners is the major challenge while implementing e-Gov in an

  • rganization.

No need, even may be selfish interest (all EDIS, SWM monitoring, services, etc.) PERCEIVED/ APPARENT LOSS OF POWER/ CONTROL Learners’ capabilities: Sometimes learners may lack basic computer skills and they may not have the confidence to adapt to new technology. They may have a negative perception towards IT and might make the efforts to willingly accept the change. Constant training/ monitoring required.
