What Happens Next Assessment of referral – usually within 1 week of receipt If referral is incomplete this will delay assessment Outreach Manager initially determines intervention based on information provided on referral Referral meeting Outreach Manager allocates to team Observation Report produced Intervention finalised based on observation and agreed with school Sessions are agreed Reviews
