2 types of surveys undertaken

  • Management Survey:

– Requires duty holders to locate, SFARP the presence and extent

  • f any ACM’s within their premises which could be damaged or

disturbed during the normal occupancy.

  • Refurbishment and Demolition Survey

– required where refurbishment and demolition works are required to take place. (Fully intrusive).

  • Quality Assurance
