Company’s history comes from the early 50’s so we possess over fifty years of competence from the branch. At the present company employs 18 long term professionals. Compa ny’s whole capital stock is held by the staff and owners work in the company. Company’s management system fulfils the demands from the ISO 9001/2000 quality system and the ISO 14001 environmental management system. 3 SERVICES Our number one target is overall fulfillment of customers’ needs. DESIGNING AND MANUFACTURING OF NEW PLASTIC MOLDS AND STAMPING TOOLS We are versatile tool manufacturer. We have in our program plastic molds, injection molds, stamping tools, progressive dies, sheet metal tools and bending and cutting tools. We are using 3D-designing technology and up to date machinery to ensure the best results. TOOL MAINTENANCE We offer tool maintenance, tool repairing and tool overhaul with modifications. We guarantee the usability of the tool and ensure that the production flow will be sustained. We can offer single maintenance operation or if needed holistic maintenance and repairing agreement. In that case we will determine together with the customer all the needs of the production, availability and necessary actions like preventive maintenance, basic maintenance, repairing proposals, reporting and tool logistics. Common situation is that the maintenance actions take place in our premises. Other practices can be negotiated. SUBCONTRACTING MECHANISATION SERVICES We can offer demanding milling and grinding subcontracting. Batches can be from one peace to bigger ones and can contain many different work phases. We can also design and manufacture different kind of fixtures and jigs. CONTRACT MANUFACTURING We offer assembly production and contract manufacturing. Using our key machinery and sourcing knowledge we can produce versatile set that fulfills customer’s needs on time, quality and productivity.
