money for your favorite organization

• For every cap code entered, Prairie Farms will donate 5-cents to

your organization.

• After 1,000 caps have been redeemed, Prairie Farms sends a

check!

How does it work?

Purchase Prairie Farms milk, gallons or half-gallons, or iced coffee

Peel off sticker on lid to reveal a unique, redeemable code

• Click Enter Cap Codes at:

www.prairiefarms.com/ourcapsyourcause

• Select your organization from the drop down

menu

• Enter up to 5 codes at a time
• Click Redeem Codes

How do I enroll my organization?

• Simply fill out and submit an application either online or through

the mail

• After approval, you will be contacted by the program coordinator.
