Talent Management  Working alongside the national team to produce System and organisational talent toolkit blueprint, TVWLA will pilot with 2 systems in 2018/19.  TVWLA working with Kent, Surrey and Sussex and SW leadership Academy to design a joint TM system event.  2 nd TM Capacity Development Programme completed in March, with an impact evaluation being conducted.  Self-discovery development workshops – 4 cohorts planned for 2018/19. TVWLA team members continue to sit on various steering groups, several are coaches, coach supervisors, mentors, HLM 360 feedback facilitators and MBTI Practitioners. We continue to attend and support many conferences and summits in our region, in the South region and nationally.
