So who am I?

I’m originally from the UK I have previously set up and run a 4 Star B&B with Visit England in Cambridge England My guests were tourists visiting the world-famous University of Cambridge. I had many loyal, regular guests as I knew their routines and requirements.

For several years the world came to my breakfast table. Until finally I decided it was now or never to go and see more of the world myself so here I am! I am passionate about Rotorua as I feel so at home here. In January I set up Abundance B&B at 33 Elizabeth Street, Victoria. Since then I have had over 120 international guests with my

  • ccupancy rate being 83% so far.

I visited Rotorua as a tourist in 2008. Due to this experience, I absolutely understand the tourist culture and mind-set. I have the ability to establish a unique rapport with all tourists of different cultures, making them feel at home and welcome. This enables me to impart my knowledge about Rotorua, making their stay invaluable with memories to treasure forever.

What Next? To install 3 en-suite bathrooms and thus providing stunning rooms to high specifications tastefully decorated and a new kitchen This will create a spacious, practical B&B providing first class accommodation with a modern flare within a lovingly restored Kiwi wooden-cladded house. Built in 1938.
