  4. River Acres Neighborhood • 123 properties • 88 homes above Health Based Values “HBVs” in 2018 • 27 additional wells with PFAS • Whole house GAC filters

  5. Project Scope  Extend Water Main  Provide Individual Services  Plumbing Modifications  Seal Existing Wells  New Street Surface  No Sewer Extension  All costs covered by 3M settlement agreement and trunk water fund

  6. Public Improvements  Water Main Extension Along Roadway  Install Hydrants for Fire Protection  New Pavement Surface  No assessments for street work

  7. Private Improvements  Water Service  Plumbing Modifications  Well Sealing  Restoration  Temporary Construction Easement
