- Must be completed within 30 days of receipt;

survey or you have questions contact:

Don’t forget to generate the MDRO Transfer Form
when there is a suspected or confirmed MDRO infection or colonization.

precautions is critical to prevent the transmission
- f infectious diseases:
- Failure to utilize appropriate level of standard
precautions that results in the transmission of an infectious agent may result in a citation;
- Year around all staff should be concerned about
preventing the transmission of infectious diseases.
- Flu season is now ramping up in Oregon –
currently classified as “widespread”.
