Subject: Final Year Project Proposal Presentations 2k9

  • 1. It is hereby informed to the students of 2k9 session that Final Year Project Proposal presentations are

scheduled on 10‐Oct‐2012(Wednesday).

  • 2. Details of time schedule for presentation of each group have been uploaded on FYP CMS (also displayed on

ECT Notice Board).

  • 3. Each project group will present the proposed project in the meeting of board of undergraduate studies

(BoUGS) and start working on approved project from BoUGS. No change in approved project will be allowed.

  • 4. Each group will have 15 minutes for Presentation.
  • 5. Any group unable to satisfy the faculty/BoUGS can be suggested to change/modify the project.
  • 6. This presentation carries 20% marks for FYP Evaluation in 7th Semester.
  • 7. The grading criteria for FYP Evaluation is given below:

Evaluation Body Marks BoUGS (Including all faculty members) for 1st presentation (5th week of 7th and 8th Semester) 20% BoUGS (Including all faculty members) for 2nd presentation (14th week of 7th and 8th Semester) 30% Concerned Research Group 50%
