Request for Qualification • The purpose is to invite interested parties to submit responses indicating their interest in, and qualifications for the Project. • Based on the responses a shortlist of up to 3 Proponents will be invited to participate in the Request for Proposals stage Closing Aug 17 2017 13

Request for Proposals • Shortlisted Respondents from the RFQ stage will be invited to submit proposals that will include technical and financial aspects of the project. • RFP Process is to include collaborative discussion relating to technical and commercial matters. • The objective is to select the Preferred Proponent who may be offered the opportunity to enter in to the Project Agreement Sep 27 2017 14
