- We’re looking for consistency in what is required of us: within
- ur school/centre, across schools/centres, with different
mentors.
- We need clarity from the Teaching Council, and consistency
as to how Teaching Council requirements are rolled out across schools/centres.
- And most of all, we need schools and centres to find and put
time into developing their mentors, and giving space to induction and mentoring in busy environments.
