  • We’re looking for consistency in what is required of us: within
  • ur school/centre, across schools/centres, with different

mentors.

  • We need clarity from the Teaching Council, and consistency

as to how Teaching Council requirements are rolled out across schools/centres.

  • And most of all, we need schools and centres to find and put

time into developing their mentors, and giving space to induction and mentoring in busy environments.
