Revolving Fund Intended Use Plan on public notice now
- Purpose: Grant to incentivize activities that have
significant benefits to water quality.
- Who is eligible: Municipalities that apply for a loan for
a project with a qualifying component
- Must apply by March 1
- Application must include a Facility Plan and acceptable debt
instrument
- Limit one grant per applicant per year
