  4. Funding New Build • Grant funding provided by Homes and Communities Agency. • Remaining borrowing comes from Council. • Rents & sales receipts repay the loan. • Management and maintenance and major repairs allowances are built into the financial model.

  5. Achievements to date • Built or acquired 315 new homes: • Built; 163 new homes for rent. 67 new homes for shared ownership. • Acquired; 52 homes via Mortgage Rescue. 27 empty properties. 6 buy backs. • Enabled by securing £13m of capital grant from HCA.
