Major Changes  Neighborhood Chairs and Community Assembly Representatives will receive Notice of Application for the following types of applications:  Demolition Permits  Type 1 Permits w/ SEPA  Type II Permits  Type III Permits *See Table 17G.060-3 (provided) for a list of specific applications included.

  3. Pre-Application Pre-Development Meetings  Departments represented:  Planning  Streets/Traffic  Building  Water/Sewer  Fire  Health Department (if applicable)  Engineering  Provides the applicant with City, County, and State regulatory requirements, the application process, and procedural submission requirements  The comprehensive set of notes are available to the public through Citizen Access Online.  Pre-Development meetings are not project approvals

  4. Demolition Permit Notification Process 1 Applicant submits application. Staff screens materials . Are all of the reviewable Timeline (Days in Review/Processing) Yes No documents included? Return Application and supporting application & fees documents forwarded to No to applicant Neighborhood(s) Comments Submitted? Yes 10 days Permit may be issued, or continues with the SEPA Staff responds to process (if required) Neighborhood 10 and forwards comments to applicant Indicates stages when Neighborhoods can provide comments

  5. Type II Application Notification Process 1 Applicant submits. Staff screens materials . Are all of the reviewable documents included? Yes Timeline (Days in Review/Processing) No 7 days 7 Application and supporting Return documents forwarded to interested application & fees City Departments, Agencies, and No to applicant Neighborhood(s). Comments Submitted? Yes Application is 15 days declared ‘T echnically 22 Complete’ and Staff responds to continues to Public 29 Neighborhood Comment and forwards 44 15 days comments to applicant 7 days

  6. Type III Application Notification Process 15 day notice of 1 community/traffic Applicant submits. Staff screens materials . scoping meeting Are all of the reviewable then applicant documents included?
