ATS Visitor Management & SafeEntry for Visitors

Visitors to School

• The school follows the guidelines provided by MOE with regard to

visitor management procedures:

– All visitors are to obtain a visitor’s sticker from the security post after scanning the ATS Visitor Management System & SafeEntry QR code. – You will be required to present your NRIC/equivalent form of identification documents for verifications. – The General Office staff at the foyer will provide further assistance to your request.

• All parents are prohibited from going to the classroom, staff room and

canteen on their own

Visitors to School

• No visitors allowed during dismissal from 1315 till 1400 hrs.
• Visitors to enter from Gate C.
• Please wait outside the designated school gates (A, B & E) during

dismissal

Trace Together Token for P1

• Schools have been identified as one of the venues where

Trace Together-only SafeEntry (TT-SE) is required due to high human traffic and prolonged periods of contact between individuals.

• All staff, students and visitors will be required to use the TT

App or Token in school from January 2021. Details will be announced in mid Dec 2020

Temperature-Taking Exercise

• Daily Temperature Taking Exercise will be

conducted.

• All students are responsible to have a working

thermometer in their bags

• Inculcate personal responsibility & hygiene
