Our Mission • To empower every individual in a particular region, regardless of mobility capacity, to access their other basic needs by ensuring comprehensive transportation options are available and completely accessible based on their own unique needs and ambition, through: research, education and outreach, service coordination, direct services, and advocacy.

The Future • The region’s physical infrastructure , including sidewalks, roads, public transportation connection points, bike paths, and traffic signals, is fully accessible and supports multi-modal transportation, including walking, use of mobility devices, bicycles, independently operated vehicles, and multi-passenger vehicles. • Affordable, efficient, reliable and desirable transportation options are available throughout 100% of the region. • The transportation systems in place are utilized at the capacity for which they are intended to meet the needs of the region. 90% of customers and clients report knowing how to use and access the transportation option that best meets their needs. • Customers and clients report and maintain 90% or greater satisfaction with transportation services in the areas of: • - Accessibility (ADA) • - Affordability • - Reliability • - Efficiency

The Future Continued… • % of the region’s Key stakeholders, basic needs providers, traditionally impacted populations, and the community-at-large report awareness and knowledge of the transportation services available to them . • Transportation options are available to meet the needs of the community, including disparately impacted populations. Transportation information, data and resources, are easily accessible and comprehensive, as reported by customers, clients and stakeholders. 90 % of the region’s basic service providers report transportation is not a barrier for their clients and customers, including services intended for disparately impacted populations: • Supported Mobility (or special needs) Transportation Services are utilized only by those whose needs and desires are not met by other transportation options. Public transit agencies continuously report a reduced cost per person to provide transportation. • 90% of transportation customers report there are no financial, systemic or physical vehicle barriers to utilizing the region’s transportation options .
