- Physical Infrastructure
- Availability of Transportation in the Region
- Use of Services
- Customer/Client Satisfaction with Existing Transportation
Services
- Knowledge of Transportation Options
- Coordination of Transportation Services
- Barriers to Basic Needs
- Cost of Providing Services
- Accessibility of Services
The Future
- The region’s physical infrastructure, including sidewalks,
roads, public transportation connection points, bike paths, and traffic signals, is fully accessible and supports multi-modal transportation, including walking, use of mobility devices, bicycles, independently
- perated vehicles, and multi-passenger vehicles.
- Affordable, efficient, reliable and desirable transportation
- ptions are available throughout 100% of the region.
- The transportation systems in place are utilized at the capacity for
which they are intended to meet the needs of the region. 90% of customers and clients report knowing how to use and access the transportation option that best meets their needs.
- Customers and clients report and maintain 90% or greater satisfaction
with transportation services in the areas of:
- - Accessibility (ADA)
- - Affordability
- - Reliability

including disparately impacted populations. Transportation information, data and resources, are easily accessible and comprehensive, as reported by customers, clients and stakeholders. 90% of the region’s basic service providers report transportation is not a barrier for their clients and customers, including services intended for disparately impacted populations:
