 52 cfs enters school site from southwest  107 cfs enters from Valentine and Coconino

Streets

 Combines as 173 cfs along north side of

school

 Additional flow from Kerkes Street combines

for a total of 192 cfs

 Discharges to River at 213 cfs  Very little slope from Kerkes Street to River

 Partnership Considerations

  • Decision should be made soon to enable both parties to

move forward on respective key projects (Kerkes Trailhead and Hassayampa parking lot)

  • Funding options

 WUSD has adopted adjacent ways tax to fund this and other projects.  Short-term financing (loan or bond) could be considered.  Possible grants (one in progress).

  • Value engineering and phasing options
  • Final design process
