DESCRIPTION OF ASSIGNMENT 2 Based upon our discussion, the purpose of this assignment is to provide a valuation for 2204 West Burbank Boulevard on both a sale and lease basis (as outlined below). This assignment includes but is not limited to the following objectives: A. The recommendation of a pricing structure which will maximize the owner’s return, while minimizing the marketing time and making adjustments to the pricing structure as required. B.
