Protocol/Account Types

There are different types of access available depending on the needs of the member.

FTP access

  • Access full membership listing anytime
  • Sort by columns based on your needs
  • All columns included

Targeted access

  • Specify information desired (e.g. new members in

the past month)

  • Listing delivered electronically on a pre-

determined basis (usually monthly)

business

  • Do not use the ASCE logo for unofficial/

inappropriate business

  • Do not use membership data older than 30

days

  • Only the person who completed the

indemnification form can use the information

Accessing Your FTP Data

Once you receive your FTP access info, you can typically put it into your web browser to access the data.

If you are having trouble accessing your data through your Internet browser, you can use a free FTP client like FileZilla (https://filezilla-project.org/). Once you hit Enter, you are taken to a web page with your files. Simply click on the file to Open/Save. Simply click the “Download FileZilla Client” link and follow the on-screen instructions.
