The objective of this paper is to create awareness among people about alternative and complimentary methods to bring in control respiratory diseases and to lead a healthy life. According to WHO estimates (2007), currently about 300 million people have asthma and 210 million people have chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) while millions have allergic rhinitis and others often underdiagonised chronic respiratory diseases.
