The population of the current community is estimated to be 3,770 in 2010 an overall increase

- utside the most deprived 54% of wards in
Northern Ireland up from being in the bottom 50% in 2001. However the proximity to services domain continues to decline highlighting the area’s rural location.

- Creation of 50 jobs in the complex
- Inviting people/Jobs/ Businesses to the area
- PG Contracts Employs 10 staff in house and provide
subcontract work for over 50 self employed tradesman & Woman of which 80% are from the local area.
- Fire-protec Employ 7 people in house and provide
subcontract work to 20 tradesmen and woman in Northern Ireland, England and R.Ireland
- Loughview Meats – Was the first
butcher in the community taking up residency in a unit originally design for a cheese making. Employs 4 Staff full time supplying the public and local business with produce.
