LEADS Home Repair Program helps seniors keep their independence and remain safely in their homes. This is done by providing seniors with the assistance to have repairs done to their homes. Today’s economy has hit everyone hard, especially seniors living on a fixed income. Seniors already have to choose between food, utilities and

• medications. The Home Repair

Program eases this burden on seniors and ensures that their home is safe to live in.

Before After

The deck was extended to allow more room when stepping out of the door. Along with the additional handrails; the steps were aligned with the sidewalk to allow the client to enter and exit the home more safely. Senior citizen applied for assistance after she had fallen down the steps. As you can see they are unstable.

Spots in this roof had completely deteriorated and needed to be replaced. LEADS replaced sheathing, tar paper and the metal roof to match existing.
