Introduction LEADS Home Repair Program helps seniors keep their Chore independence and remain safely in their homes. This is done by providing seniors with the assistance to have repairs done Meals on to their homes. Today’s economy Wheels has hit everyone hard, especially seniors living on a fixed income. Seniors already have to choose Senior Levy between food, utilities and Home Repair medications. The Home Repair Program eases this burden on seniors and ensures that their home is safe to live in.

After The deck was extended to allow more room when stepping out of the door. Along with the additional handrails; the steps were aligned with the sidewalk to allow the client to enter and exit the home more safely. Before Senior citizen applied for assistance after she had fallen down the steps. As you can see they are unstable.

After LEADS replaced sheathing, tar paper and the metal roof to match existing. Before Spots in this roof had completely deteriorated and needed to be replaced.
