Please keep in mind: Step 2 of the instructions MUST be followed in order for us to activate your profile. Applicant will NOT be able to login to the portal until they have received confirmation from our office.
Non-profit Organizations and retailer liquor license holders will have different instructions to register. Non-profits that already have a retail liquor license must file as a retail liquor license holder

Form link at the bottom of step 2 will have a form to complete. This form must be submitted to our office for profile activation.

- ffice in order for profile to be activated.
The person who is registering and entering applications would be putting their personal name and information to register the applying organization.
After creation of User Name and Password: Please make sure to print out the screen or write the information down exactly
as you entered it on the registration screen. You are now ready to go back to the instructions for registering your retail liquor license or non-profit organization (Step 1 and Step 2). Please move down to Step 2. After submitting all of the information for this step via email or fax, please wait back from our office that your profile has been activated. We will email you that your account has been activated and that you are now able to log-in to the portal using the user name and password that you set up. We will also send you the remaining steps to enter your application.

This information will automatically populate from your profile information that was given to us when you registered your account.
This section is where you upload the local approval document and non- profit form (if applicable). NOTE: Document must be scanned as a JPEG or PDF file. Application will not process if local is not uploaded. Click here to upload document Once uploaded document name will show here
Complete all boxes on the application. You may use the drop-down boxes when available. The application will not submit properly if all boxes are not completed.
Be sure to include any alternate date or location in event of bad weather. Must be approved by local and must be reflected in letter of approval.

If you would have an outdoor area, there will be an option to upload diagram or fencing waiver form (if applicable).
This is where any special requests for exemptions would need to be added.
The signature of a retail license holder must be a member listed on the license. The signature of a non-profit applicant must be a board member of the applying organization.
If you mark “Yes”, we will send a packet of posters with your license to the Clerk. Please re-use these posters if you have more than one event per year.

Application has been successfully entered. The authorized representative on the application will now receive an email verifying the application has been received by our office.
Application will now be reviewed by our

application is missing information. After review, the license is printed and put in the mail to the local governing body that approved the license.
