Following up on objective 1.2 of Vanier’s 2015-2020 Strategic Plan, Support excellence and innovation in all aspects of teaching and learning, the Academic Dean’s Office offers development and support opportunities for teachers, departments and programs. This support comes in the form of release time (and/or an operational budget) for teachers with a daytime load who want to engage in Research, Pedagogical Innovation or Student Success projects.

For past and/or repeat DSO recipients to offer advice to current and aspiring DSO holders, based on their experiences. Par art 1: 1: Split into groups of 4 or 5 to discuss the guiding questions (3-3:30pm). Par art 2: 2: Share the outcomes of your group discussion with the larger group (3:30-4:00pm)
