• General Practice identify new patient registration as

coming from an area of high risk of LTBI.

• Patient informed and made aware contact will be

made for a blood test.

• Referral added to SystmOne template and sent to

New Arrivals Team (Bradford District Care Foundation Trust).

• Patient contacted and invited for IGRA blood test.
• Flag 4 data used as a safety net until GPs referring

confidently.
