Induction – 2 online webinars: Course Induction and Assessment Tutorial Face-to-face days - 3 days focussed on unit content, tutor support, group networking. Final day includes assessment activities Online study – each unit contains an online course of learning supported by a tutor Work-based activities – each unit has activities which usually involve analysing and developing practice in your workplace Assessment tasks – each unit is assessed through an e-portfolio of evidence

Assessment – E-Portfolio
Participants will upload a range of evidence to an e-portfolio system. This will include, as examples:
- Products from the learner’s work
- Records of Team Minutes/Agendas
- Direct observation of the learner’s performance
- Outcomes from oral or written questioning
- Personal statements and/or reflective accounts
- Professional discussion
- Authentic statements/witness testimony
- Records of External Customer communications
- Written reports / Case studies
- Responses to school based activities set as part of the course
