The ice rink "BLACK SEA ICE ARENA" is a large modern sports and training complex with a total area of 3300 sq.m., with ice coverage with dimensions 60x30 m, a gallery for spectators over 400 seats. The ice rink is designed for free skating, as well as hockey, skating, short-track or curling training and sports. The rink is open all year round. The Austrian company "AST" participates directly in the development of the project and its construction. The automatic adjustment of the ice surface temperature, its smoothness and modern ice smoothing technology make it possible to create exactly that kind of ice that is needed for ice sports or just for skating. In addition the ice rinks has:

• dressing room for visitors and a place to change ice shoes;

The ice rink hall is equipped with professional lighting with special effects, with all necessary equipment for holding hockey games, a sports board and a sound system. Olympic pool – 50 м

The outdoor pool is 50 m long, 20 m wide (8 lanes), with a depth of 1.8 to 2.5 m (water volume is 2234 m 3). The swimming pool is designed and built at the most modern level. The water heating system allows the pool water to maintain a temperature between 26 and 28 ° C at any time of the year. All of this ensures that during the entire period of use of the pool, the water will maintain the necessary for the swimmers quality and temperature.

In order to improve the swimming technique and to control the physiological parameters of the athlete during

swimming, it is possible to use the adjustable hydrochannel, which is located at Hotel Terma Eco in the 25-meter pool.

Indoor pool – 25 м

Hydrochannel

The water canal is located in the building of Hotel Thermo Eco next to the 25-meter swimming pool, next to the hotel's spa complex. It is suitable for training both athletes and those who want to learn to swim, for hotel guests using procedures and therapies for various spa programs. What is a hydrochannel? This is a 7x4 meter long and 1.35 meter deep pool equipped with a unique Backflow Fastlane from Endless Swimming Machines (USA), camcorders for recording and playing on the screen during the training process, and sporting mirrors for self-control. The countercurrent creates a river flow effect with a laminar stream of water whose speed is continuously adjustable (52 speeds). The maximum return flow reaches 1140 m3 / h.
