More than 6 million visitors travel to the South Coast each year. These visitors infuse more than $1.5 billion into our local economy, supporting more than 12,000 jobs generating $45.8 million in tax revenues. In 2016, the Santa Barbara South Coast’s ADR was at a record high of $245.96. Occupancy has now stabilized at 76.6% average.
