Karoll Broker for Brokers One of the considerable advantages of the trading system is that it not only facilitates the trading of the clients, but also of their servicing brokers. How does it work? The system supports two levels of access: client access (client platform) and broker access (broker platform). The broker platform enables the broker to execute all kinds of operations on behalf of its clients – orders, trades, and other transactions. The system allows the broker to have thorough information about client balances, portfolio and transactions at any time, and even to set different commissions for each client. While clients have the opportunity to trade on their own through the client platform, all trades are settled at the expense of the broker account with Karoll (by analogy with omnibus accounts). Karoll Broker for Clients The client platform provides direct market access to the Bulgarian Stock Exchange to your individual and institutional clients. It is not necessary to disclose any of your clients’ personal details to Karoll Brokerage. All clients who would like to trade on their own may use the client version of Karoll Broker trading system. Simultaneously the platform enables the broker to supervise and administrate all client-driven operations. This arrangement of the whole trading process allows the broker also to execute transactions on behalf of each client (transactions are automatically recorded in the platform of your client), to specify different commissions for each client, to generate various reports, etc.

All Karoll Broker clients receive 3% annual interest on their cash balances. The interest is accrued and paid monthly.
