The system supports two levels of access: client access (client platform) and broker access (broker platform). The broker platform enables the broker to execute all kinds

system allows the broker to have thorough information about client balances, portfolio and transactions at any time, and even to set different commissions for each

• client. While clients have the opportunity to trade on their own through the client

platform, all trades are settled at the expense of the broker account with Karoll (by analogy with omnibus accounts).

The client platform provides direct market access to the Bulgarian Stock Exchange to your individual and institutional clients. It is not necessary to disclose any of your clients’ personal details to Karoll Brokerage. All clients who would like to trade on their own may use the client version of Karoll Broker trading system.
