Share any intelligence about how other member states are DECC / Ofgem / approaching demonstrating compliance through information Industry parties with S3 ECCAF 3/2 gained from other government departments, regulators or European parent parent companies companies Stakeholders are requested to provide specific examples of inconsistent or problematic definitions in the Network Codes to S4 All Stakeholders JESG S6 Ofgem (natasha.z.smith@ofgem.gov.uk) and DECC (elena.mylona@decc.gsi.gov.uk).

GLDP & CGMM Methodologies Update Generation and Load Data Provision Methodology (GLDPM) & Common Grid Model Methodology (CGMM) Progress since last update;  ENTSO-E Public consultation closed; over 200 stakeholder comments received  Plus informal feedback from regulators  Responses to each comment will be made available  Documents have been changed in light of feedback  Documents now take the format of a legal regulation  All descriptions, explanations have been removed  Organised largely by topic and process  Clearer to understand the requirements  Specific and explicit timescale for implementation Now being approved by all TSOs and submitted to all NRAs on 14 th June 13
