  2. General Items • As of September 2018 - 107 total general assignment classrooms (process began in 2010) • $300k allocated for AV equipment, $300k allocated for furniture annually • FY18 AV increased to $400k annually due to new Tech Fee

  4. JCSC Work During Summer 2018 • 39 classrooms which were originally installed in 2010 were upgraded • All parts purchased with JCSC funds • All physical installations performed by CMA staff, saving URI an estimated $400k • All rooms have new document camera and touch panel

  5. JCSC Work During Summer 2018 • Uclub • Moved and re-installed three sets of AV equipment from Bliss • White 205 • Purchased new equipment (system, monitors, speakers) using CMA repair funds
