  8. Output from the Activity 1/7 ◆ Outputs will be proposed for incorporation into the following three categories: (1) 9100 Standard (2) Guidance Material (3) ICOP Scheme (CB Audit) ICOP : Industry Controlled Other Party 8

  9. Output from the Activity 2/7 ◆ Example: (1) 9100 Standard 1/4 Potential Proposed Solution (Draft) Risk ・Add that intentional misconduct, such as falsification of data, causes punishments (e.g., Lack of clause 4.2.4 “Control of Quality Records”) Safety ・Add the keyword Flight Safety and Quality culture/ First in 9100 (e.g., clause 5.3“Quality Policy”) Ethics awareness ・Add the training for Safety culture /Ethics in 9100 (e.g., clause 6.2 “Human Resources”) 9

  11. Output from the Activity 4/7 ◆ Example: (1) 9100 Standard 3/4 Potential Proposed Solution (Draft) Risk ・Propose to specify that human factors The error should be eliminated in 9100 (e.g., clause resulted 7.5.1 “Control of Production and Service from H/F Provision”) The actual ・Add to perform special audit to check the condition actual on-site condition (e.g., clause 8.2.2 may not be “Internal Audit”) audited 11

  13. Output from the Activity 6/7 ◆ Example: (2) Guidance Material Potential Proposed Solution (Draft) Risk ・Develop guidance material regarding Violate Safety culture/Ethics in AS&D industry procedure/ Falsification ・Develop guidance material describing of data the importance for receiving voice of Gemba 13

  14. Output from the Activity 7/7 ◆ Example: (3) ICOP Scheme The improvement activity of the ICOP Scheme is under discussion with Japanese AB/ CBs. Potential Proposed Solution (Draft) Risk ・Enhance industry oversight activities to increase ICOP scheme confidence. Decreased reliability of ・Clarify that the falsification of data 9100 and/or false explanation may cause a certification suspension and/or withdrawal of AQMS certification 14
