– Any course that allows an employee to grow personally, but is not directly work related – Classes at lunch, end or beginning of day

– We all have knowledge, so share – Train them how to train others – Classes require director, legal and HR approvals – Inspires and allows others to inspire us

– 1st County-wide mentoring program in 10 years – Employees with less than 2 years – 65 people participating – 2 cohorts to date; 6 months per cohort – “My mentor was AMAZING!
